Refund policy

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 5 days from the date your order is delivered.

2. Condition of Items

To be eligible, products must be:

  • Unworn, unused, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Shoes must show no wrinkles, scratches, or marks on the upper or sole.

  • When trying on shoes, walk only a few steps on carpeted or clean surfaces to avoid damage.

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  • Visit our Return & Exchange Center on the website and follow the prompts.

  • For assistance with size or fit, send clear images of the shoes (especially any gaps when worn) via WhatsApp at +91 9894019218 or email us at sales@clarkson.in.

  • Please include your order number — our team will respond within 24 hours.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. These will be clearly labeled on their product page.

5. Exchange Guidelines

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • For second-time exchanges, a ₹300 return shipping charge applies; returns are not accepted after the first exchange.

6. Quality Inspection

Clarkson reserves the right to inspect returned items for resale suitability before approving an exchange or refund.

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued within 14 working days after confirmation of the product's condition and receipt of your return bank details.

  • If you opt for reverse pickup, return shipping charges will be deducted:

    • Shoes: ₹300

    • Wallets, Bags, Accessories: ₹150

8. Unacceptable Returns

Items that fail to meet the conditions above will be returned to the sender, and no refund will be issued.
